“Feliz viaje. Pronto retorno.” (Happy journey. Return soon) I can read this phrase in Cassandra Nolasco Coiffer's work, repeating it constantly, tasting its meaning. Happy journey, return soon. The beginning and the need, or even the beginning of the end. As I prepare for a trip, Nolasco’s work moves me, and makes me wonder: why do we travel? And, for what? Where does this need to go out into the unknown and collect adventures inside a suitcase comes from?
